Love seeing some Lingyang showcases, although i wanna nerd: Lingyang's best build is Freezing Frost, 4 (C.Rate/C.DMG) - 3 (Glacio) - 3 (ATK) - 1 (ATK) - 1 (ATK). Best sub-dps/supports, from best to worst is: Zhezhi > Sanhua > Yangyang / Shorekeeper > Baizhi (only at s6) > Verina. Due to his damage being very spread from damage types (Skill/Basic Attack), he's often better to be paired with universal buffs, such as Glacio DMG or ATK, however, Lingering Tunes is not the best option even though Lingyang gets so much Glacio DMG bonuses from his kit! But it is not very far from Freezing Frost, yet is still worse and not worth going for unless u already have a built one. Lingyang hasn't really been recognized since the game release, and it's often said that he's terrible, but he can clear every ToA so far with a smooth team rotation, he doesn't clear as fast as the meta characters, but he still manages to clear. My Hypercarry Lingyang team often clears all rooms with 2/3 rotations, which is about 60~80 seconds. A potential people havent discovered is that it's possible to play quickswap with him with a second DPS (Xiangli Yao or Changli)! I'm still working on it, but i know it's possible, i've been told its very hard. 🙃
Ty for some clarifications. I think its evident from the fact that i can clear everything with this kind of (really bad) gameplay the character is actually good 😎 I tried the quickswap team as well. I think my failure came from my half-built Xiangli Yao. I am thinking about raising him next
