Misha is definitely not a bad character, definitely not on the same level as characters like Arlan and Yanqing, it's just that barely anybody actually plays him so it's really hard to see his true potential.
I actually pulled Acheron and ended up just using Misha instead since I liked him more and man is he fun :D. I love fighting gods with brooms and luggage XD.
Maybe they just ended up liking misha and plus not all 5* should be used even though they do insane damage. It’s just their opinion, if they wanna use misha instead of Acheron that’s ok it isn’t biased.

I started hsr around December of 2023, got a little burnt after a few days and completely left UNTIL i saw penacony and this cute bellboy character, and after his story ended i knew i had to build him, it's been 10 months since i started building him and safe to say, he's hitting REALLY big numbers against bosses, i also pulled sunday so another good addition and i also have him e5 with the "on the fall of an aeon" at s3, i just need one more copy and 2 more superimpose of the lightcone from herta shop and my Misha will be done :)
misha is very likely designed for superbreak, with eidolons his ult has the highest toughness reduction in the game, his lightcone increases break effect, and he IS the watchmaker sooo

Rememberance mc will probably buff Misha better than hmc because they give true damage and crit buffs. Unironically i want to build him i will be in the sacredos domain for Sunday anyway maybe Misha can use the scholar pieces i get in the way

As his element is a CC one, you could use a “sus”-tain build like Welt. Hike up his Effect Hit Rate, and his enemies will be too Frozen to actually attack.
I would have given misha Acheron´s artifact set ( idk the name in english, the one that boost damage in enemies affected by negative effects), because he freezes, debuffs defense, it doesn´t seem to bad to me.

Misha's best relic set is pioneer, which helps a lot with his crit ratio and with 12% dmg. While his toughness damage is high, his personal damage is also insanely high. His ultimate has over 1000% scaling at the right investment, so with the right support, he can obliterate enemies.
