Chef Jeff Henderson I'm watching you on TV right now you're doing your famous crab cakes man oh man does that ever sound good unfortunately crabs are hard to get here and Canada especially where I live in Toronto Ontario I have to go downtown to get crabs but I'm limited on walking because of my legs and I have cancer I'm 53 years old but I do like cooking myself I'm not I just thought maybe short order cook they want to call it that I do a lot of cooking at home but then crab cakes sound awfully good my mouth is actually watering right now I had to call you and compliment you want it and I think it's wonderful that you're doing something like that for you and your friends Chef Jeff Henderson I think you're an amazing chef a real amazing chef so therefore keep cooking strong make everybody's mouth water like you doing mine at least you doing what you love to do the best is Cook that's the way to be specially with cooking is an enjoyment and love against it which I do enjoy the most are you still watch on TV Julia Childs another great chef she went to the Cordon Bleu there's a question I have to ask you did you go to Cordon Bleu yourself thank you for listening to me I appreciate it the most talking with a quality Chef is the most important thing I need right now I like to learn less recipes and take him from a lot of shots that I see on TV sincere Elvis Arion Presley Mark Dawson Good Times best times are cooking
