I have to say thank you for this video, it game me enough courage to do this on me 2018 yukon myself. As a non-mechanic savy person I was about to get this done in 4 hours. The reason it took soo long was trips to the depot to grab tools such as reciprocator saw and the mounting the two hooks on the rear exhaust is a real pain on the newer models.
Thank you for the video and the confidence to take on the Yukon's exhaust replacement, from my back and in the driveway. The links to the part was also informational.
I’m sure this is how 90% of people at home do it and my plastic ramps that I have are not rated for this truck so I was SOL on that part. But albeit a little cramped, the install wasn’t too bad at all
nice work bro , I didn't see any welding need in your install progress and this really nice work and with your video guide its easy for anyone ,thank you soo much I will try in my 2013 Suburban

4 hours isn’t bad if that included a few store runs!

Those long bolts needed to have springs installed that seem to not have teen in the package
Ahh, that makes sense. 👍🏽

That’s why I like this kit. All slip joints and exhaust clamps. And a good price at that
I just installed this exact cat back exhaust on my Yukon. I’m just wondering if it’ll still pass smog.?
As long as your cats are good and they see a muffler you should be fine for smog
@@DariusBuildz awesome appreciate the quick reply and the video itself.!
Did the engine light 💡 go off
Check engine light is for a air bag sensor. Nothing to do with the exhaust
What tail lights are those?
OEM Escalade tail lights that has been converted and the OEM Escalade 3rd brake light that has had a full length led conversion
Good vid! Thanks
Thank you! Wasn’t that bad, but if you are any bigger than me at 6’1 210ish, it will to At least have the rear jacked up bc it’s snug under there, 😂
It's going to sound the last like you paid 345
It’s been installed 3 years. It still sounds fine. Gets compliments and asked what exhaust it is all the time.
