This was awesome! Everything was concise, and you only presented the information needed to learn and apply the techniques - no unnecessary filler. Great work!
Brilliant, been searching for a video about light positioning for video shots. Straight to the point and very informative and Thank you for sharing this video with us.
Very cleverly done, explained the main lights in simple straight forwards terms and the diagram as well as live examples was great. Over the years I've seen many of these video and if this isn't the best I can't remember what is. Subscribed.
By far the best 3 point lighting video I've seen and it's 12 years old. I could have saved myself $ student loans 😢😮 not one word was said and I get it, and it only took 4:53
Try to use soft lights fo make shadows less strong. Light your subject from the front, to hide shadows behind it. Or if you illuminate the subject from the side, then counter the shadows with another light from the opposite subjects side.
Still I don't know how to video food on a black background. Everytime I film the black background is too exposed. I have a black Muslim cloth but I want it on video to full dark black and the food to be crisp. But nothing is working
Try to use flags to block light on forground or use different light sources for background black cloth and food at foreground, and adjust their light strength/exposure
@FireballVFX I'm trying to make videos like this one: th-cam.com/users/shortsJOS29aS8JJg?si=SQCO3CyG6kqmP9zD I've used many different lighting like soft box, ring lights, normal light, led, light on a tripod, still can't figure it out. Can you help? Or make a video on it? There's no videos on TH-cam of them.
