Love these 700's, specifically this colorway. If it was $220 instead of $300 I would 100% buy a pair. Can't bring myself to spend 3 bills when I can get some nice ultraboosts for a fraction of the price.

George F Expect the soles on these will last years compared to the ultraboost soles which wear out in a few months.
@@TMadara I've had a pair of uncaged ultraboost since 2016 and put plenty of miles into them. The soles are still intact.
i wear mine almost every day. this is the shoe that got me back into sneakers honestly. I think these things are just so cool and unique

Same for me. Hated them originally, but in hand and on feet they grew on me. Probably my favorite pickup of the year other than my BC3s.
They grow on you the more you wear them.

I hated it on release. I was just like why are those colors on there? Now I'm in love. Just bought my first pair of wave runners. Managed to find a pair in store. The Yeezy supply online release was a mess though. Kanye needs to sort that out.

I got this pair and the Mauve colorway also. The best Adidas Yeezy imo, this looks like a actual sneaker and not what's been released from the Yeezy line so for. I hope Adidas doesn't kill this silhouette with tons of colorways like they did with the 350's. The design layout and even colorway is so different and stands out, the colors just pop and the neon laces is a added tough. I'm a sucker for reflective 3M too so I knew I had to get them and happy they were more widely available. I wanted these since the first drop. I haven't worn either one of shoe yet but I can't wait to, I heard their comfortable even I thinkin about picking up a 2nd pair of Wave Runners

I’ve been in love with this show since it first leaked. But I couldn’t justify spending 300 on them 200 price range may be easier to pull the trigger on.
Darker colors def. look better on the 700. Would like to try some kind of Yeezy's but don't know what size to buy and that $$$ want to get right the first time.
I hear they are pretty TTS so I am assuming whatever you wear in ultraboost would be the size to get. Which would be different if it was a V2 cause almost everyone has to half size up on those.

can you talk about how if you don't live in the USA it's next to impossible to buy yeezys. If i ever see anyone wearing them In new Zealand i just assume they are fake. You just cannot buy them from stores ect and it cheapens the brand because even if you can buy real ones people just assume they are fake in nz at least
I live in NZ and I have a pair haha. These weren't as hard to get compared to other limited drops. Have you tried Adidas NZ or loaded?
The only ones i've had the option to get on the Adidas site was the all white 550s but i'll defiantly check out loaded thank-you

Wide foot friendly? I heard it’s tight with similar last to the 350v2. The only thing that’s bulky with it are the midsoles.

So Hes I just got my mauve pair and almost instantly when I went to slide them on I noticed elastic bands on the sides of the full tongue. I thought to myself I don’t remember that being there, so I grabbed my Waverunners to take a look and what do you know those bands weren’t there. Before receiving my pair I watched a hand full of reviews just to see people’s thoughts and on feet shots and noticed that no one every mentioned that small detail. It is a small detail but it is one I very much enjoy. Gives a slight compression feeling and keeps the tongue straight. Just saying.
Really wish I snagged these at retail. I wasn’t in the game and just wasn’t aware until just after that last restock.
Them 700 🌊 runners are still dope till today but the price still didnt drop. Still at 500 for a size 7y. I needs those but not for the price

I got this colorway and I also like the latest “mauve” colorway. Though I like the Yeezy 700 silhouette, I couldn’t justify spending another $300 on another pair. Instead, I copped the Puma Thunder Spectra for $120 and never regret it!

It’s expensive. I’ve been hyped on them for their whole existence, but even as a modest sneaker guy, I struggle to justify the $300 retail when I’m just gonna wear them and inevitably ruin them tryin to flex on other dads at the park.

Was in the same boat, really didn't like it at first and by the time aound the 3rd restock I was able to cop on yeezy supply, 2nd time dropping 300 on a shoe but I know it's gonna be worth it. Never was a yeezy guy, never owned yeezys ("thrifted" a pair of zebra's but not gonna count that) Gonna make my first youtube video about it, hopefully I can share that with you and everyone soon.
