Been listening to a bunch of these clips lately, and I’m realizing how much more listenable Shane has gotten in the past few years. In the old eps, Matt seems like his same old self, while Shane noticeably seems insecure and even modulates his voice and seems guarded, and has a general attitude that they always suck, or thinks what they are talking about is stupid. I almost can’t stand that he talks in this quieter, unnatural part of his vocal range in these, it makes him sound like such a prick compared to now.
