Interviewed at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, David Scheffer, former Ambassador-at-Large for War Crimes Issues and current United Nations Secretary-General's Special Expert on UN Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Trials, traces the evolution of an international criminal justice system from the Nuremberg trials through today.
