Hello there, I love your videos, they've helped me during my time at university. I do have a question though and I hope you could help! My question is (based on UK legislation) If someone has obtained the rights of a property through adverse possession and the original owner of that property was unaware of this procedure happening (they were in another country entirely) and then they decided to return back to England to retire in that property (now owned by the squatter), is it possible for the former owner to repossess the property they owned?
