Great video! I'm really enjoying your content, one comment though, the audio was a bit too quiet in this video. Also the reason why you could hold more cards is because the exploration power of Hong Tao.
Two more projects means two to pick up and four to hold, like having two buildings (that I don't remember the english name for). Same for that 2nd tier blonde lady who gives one project. Same for the tech that gives you one after increasing project suggestions by 3, which is awesome thing as it lets you forget about that 20 science building.
