This is my 4th video and my first ever Russian plane, the 1944 IL-2 Sturmovik by Revell in 1:48 scale ... It's again OOB. Feel free to leave a comment or suggestion.
methinks you are right.. especially given the fact that the IL2 wasn't entirely made of aluminum (parts were wood and cloth), a fact however of which I was unaware at the time of painting... Nevertheless, thank you for the comment. :)
Not a bad model indeed.. Mind you that I overdid it with the chipping, since most areas were cloth and not aluminum.. don't make the same mistake.. Thanx for watching :)
Sorry for taking so long to reply.. I went through the manual (as seen in the early minutes of the video), there is no reference of Decal 3... Most decals are references in the painting schemes but I couldn't see #3.
Wow! Pure art. Great stuff sir.
A beautifully made model, looks great.
Thank you very much :)
It looks like it wants to fly away man, well done!!! And nice video too
Thank you very much :)
Very nice work and detailing. Stunning build.
Thank you very much :)
Ex accurate miniatures... Great kit for the price 👍
It wasn't exactly cheap... More likely in the norm of the scale.
Wings and fuselage were wood so no chipping. Cockpit tub forward was metal. Good build tho.
Nice build 👌🏻
Thank you! :)
A little heavy on the chipping methinks.......

This looks 1/32 scale like ex Hobby Boss
Yet it's 1:48 by Revell.
@@wbpsmodels3452 actually it is the ex Accurate Miniatures kit not Hobby Boss the decals and clear parts are dead give aways .
Great job but too much funny chipping !!!
