Thanks. I cannot find any video tutorial that discusses what, if any, limitations are put on backing up, or making tight turns going forward, such as making a U turn. Do the bars have to be removed to back your trailer up? I have to back into a driveway that has a very tight curve. Don't know why this isn't revealed in the vids I've seen. I have an EAZ Elite hitch.

You can back up with this Fastway e2 set up. You would need to check with the manufacturer of your weight distribution hitch to see if it is safe for you to back up with yours connected.

Why the recommendation to go above the GVW listed by Ford. Are you saying more weight makes the distribution hitch work better?
