Great video! I just found 1 misstep in your instructions. Ball height calculation is 1/8" per 100 lbs, not 1" per 100 lbs as you state. It's on page 3 of the instruction manual.
How would you guys unload the bars using the tool? I can only find videos showing the system being loaded up, not unloaded. I have this hitch and have it set so I can load them by hand after raising the system up, and it works good, but I feel I need to add more load to it and better level things out.
You can use the tool to pry the bars off. It is much safer to take the pressure off of the bars by using the trailer jack. www.etrailer.com/Weight-Distribution-Hitch/CURT/C17500.html
It got messed up during the upload. You can view the video at the link below and watch the full version. It plays with no problem on our site. www.etrailer.com/Weight-Distribution/Curt/C17500.html
A trunnion bar can come off in certain situations where you are making an extremely tight turn. This is most common when jack knifing the trailer to get it into a spot. This is when we would recommend removing the bars so that this does not happen to you. www.etrailer.com/Weight-Distribution-Hitch/Curt/C17500.html

The ball height should be 1/8" per 100 Lbs not 1" per 100 Lbs
So which is it 1" or 1/8" per 100lbs to raise because that is a big difference.
It can't be 1" per 100lbs if you consider a trailer with 900lbs tongue weight. There is no way it would be 9 inches.

how much does the hitch itself weight, figure that in for total payload
If I see one more of these instructional videos use the prybar to remove the bars....
