Having been a carpenter as well all my life a considered myself very fit for a msn of 63 , i was stunned by this news . Gary listen to your wife mine had been warning me for years about fry ups etc . So all you peeps out there if you want to detect into your old age DO NOT BE AFRAID TO HAVE REGULAR YEARLY CHECK UPS , 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Love the elliptical HF. Never tried the pitch program though. May have to give it a go. I mainly use a program that i set up and it hasn’t let me down so far, the elliptical really picks out the good stuff. Thanks for the video.

Loved the off roading up the track mate. Great video as usual, this pitch programme with the elyptical coil looks to do the business. Lets get a session down on the medieval field as you said. I've not got the elliptical so this field has never been searched with it. Should be a great test and I suspect with good results. 😉👍
Gary, I was headed to Paris overnight from US, but have been denied entry, so stopping in the UK with no plan whatsoever. BUT, I do have my Deus packed and will try to use it somewhere. I am there through next Thursday and will be renting a vehicle. Any recommendations?
Another great video Gary 👍 next one is replacing the front on a scratched up Deus 🤣😅 it is actualy cheaper than most people think i guess. About twice the price of a cover or around 40 EUR here i DK.
Gary, That was fun and no snow. It's funny back here in the states Vermont Metal Detecting decide to use a ferrous setting in place of the non ferrous and expected loads of junk, but he started getting coins and assorted interesting stuff. Alright Gary, I’ve been having issues with my eliptical coil. It doesn’t charge properly, it won’t charge to full regardless of how long it’s left on charge. It isn’t the battery as I brought a new one and it does the same thing. Any idea what could be wrong. Any information would be appreciated!. Thanks for your time maye
I don't know if you can help me out ? I updated to the 5:2 version. My screen is Frozen on update on the R .C. I saw your video on updating and I followed that to the letter. I tried calling customer service here in America . I was better off going out into the woods and start talking to squirrels. Of course without my detector because the screen is Frozen. I'd be very grateful if you can help me .Thank You Denis
No the headphones were definitely turned off. I followed the directions exactly. Also your video which was a big help. I also tried to surf the Internet. And there's not a lot out there on the subject. Before I came to you ! I know your time is valuable and I wouldn't waste it. Thanks again Denis
I'm sorry I failed to tell you . The dealer told me because my brand new Windows 10 computer was frozen also. . To uninstall the app and restart the P.C And let the battery die on the R.C. because it my Rebooted. The R.C.has been on for about 3 days with the frozen screen.
Hi Gary, I've got a mi4 which I use alongside my Deus. Do you know of any reason for it being sensitive to all of the ground when I use it, it doesn't do it all the time but really annoying when it does. Ps it's only a few months old.
Hi mate Sometimes HOT ground will sound off on the probe. I think your area can be quite bad. With the probe on, press and hold the button and select the second chime rather than the third. Now you are on power level 2

Gary, your previous Pitch 101 was based on the Deep program. Is this Pitch 101 based on the Pitch program better suited to the HF elliptical coil?
Personally I would say yes, you can use Deep as a starting point if you wish.

Just put wide sellotape on the front of the screen then pull it off when scratched

My only thoughts would be your charging clip, cable or charging source.
You could try updating with your coil in charge.
Dose this pitch program , work with , the standard HF coil just the same

Is it a good idea to use pitch tone on deus fast or hot programme? Disc should be around 6.0m at iron site

You won't know until on the day, try a few frequencies in your field
