He is one of my original inspirations because of him i went from 200 lbs 75% body fat to 176 lbs 8% body fat in one year with just whey protien and hard work!

in fact it's 3-6 sets for a biceps a week, cuz I almost don't train it, but it's ok... it's biceps only in this video, cuz we started to shooting after chest workout when I just trained biceps (cuz it's my favourite combinatition: Chest, biceps in one day, another parts in another combinations another days)

Don't hate on this kid. He's fit and he's not on roids. I have the same bodytype as he does and was pretty much like him at that age...and all I had to do was workout, do my choirs and eat spam, eggs and rice everyday :)...don't hate on my diet, it was just my thing. :)

i have a question i have been training for 8 months the first 3 months i gain about 10 kilograms of weight but after that i stopped gaininig muscle for 5 months i have been the same weight and the same body can some one give me a solution please and thanks for every one going to help me and i need advices of how to gain muscle fast and what to eat and when to eat
I wished people just made exercises to be healthy like I do... This is just madness! Did you know that the more you make exercises the more you could have read, and the more you tend to ignore others and make things by force, ignoring your counsciousness. :P
i have a question and i need an answer please iam 16 years old and i have trained for like 9 months the first 3 months i gained weight from 63 to 74 and bicep from 28 to 35 after that 3 months i started losing weight i reached 68 and my bicep size is going down from 35 to 33 although iam eating food after each practice? can some one tell me why?

My doctor once told me that an average teenager still grows until he's 19-20. That's the reason most gyms limit the training of teens excessively, because the consequences like possible postural defects are unforseeable. I would not start that excessively in that age, just to be on the safe side.
You know only one thing and that¨s the fact i don't train legs with chest and biceps (it was this workout) but I train them another day :D. By the way about that bodybuilding, I won every competition where I competed and I'm 3 x IFBB Bohemia teenage and junior champion, 2x IFBB Bohemia junior overall winner and 2 x Czech republic teenage and junior Champion ;)
@countercross12 i workout at the gym and those biceps are not made from natural protein. Look at around 15 sec. You can easily see the lumb on the lower biceps which indicates the usage of steroids. Look closer nest time, before commenting. Btw im not saying he doesn't look good. great muscles.
@s3rv3rs Actually it can make a big difference. If your strong in a street fight, all you gotta do is grab hold of them and rag them to the floor. Technique obviously a lot better, but strength can make a big difference
