I dont know now. I've not trained for one month and until then I was in a hard pre-contest diet. If you know something about pre-contest diet, you surely know that I lost much of my strength. But when I bulked up, maybe 5 monts ago, I was doing 8 reps of benchpress with 40kg single-handed dumbbels (80 together) on the 30° bench for upper chest and 6-8 reps with 100-110kg on classical benchpress.

My advise to you if you are still under 20 is to work on muscle while doing good cardio. The increase in Muscle mass would improve metabolic activity making it easier to shred. Will take about 5-6 months until muscle structure becomes just visible. to achieve Jakub's level a few years would be needed tho.

Then work out, start easy weight, after 3-4 months you can handle greater weight. When getting to the greater weight, take creatine. Before, don't, creatine are not steroids, they are far away from such so take it easy and don't forget to rest at least 7-8 hrs sleep. Cheers

The gained weight is just like 3 kgs muscles. Rest is fluid and gained body fat etc. The key to muscles is right ammount of protein intace, kcal + everyday (during bulk period) and ofcource plenty of rest during nights :)
I change my training program every two months and I usually push to train my weaker parties like calves... about supplements, I usually take protein shakes, complex amino-acids and if i've got a money for that I buy a BCAA amino-acids. And sometimes creatine (for example 2-3x in year, cause I've not got a enough money.)
3 years, 2 years intensive and 1,5 year with right nutrition. Nutrition is much more important than any supplements. And genetics are also much important thing. Maybe the most. Guy who has much better genetics will be better than other guy who hasn't them but use though 200kg of creatine in one day.

thats just my opinion because it works for me that way. 6 months of lifting i gained 5lbs naturally. it doesnt really fade when i lay off of weights. My body looks better now too. Hopefully I'll get better. But for those of you who want large muscles and fast, supplements between meals will be necessary for fast efficient growth. You'll be going like Arnold growth. But for a strong muscular solid body, it's not needed. The body has a way of building muscle on it's own. Ok, I'm done...For now :)

I wouldn't say Charley has better genetics than Jakub Haspl, first of all, the weight of Jakub off season is like 80kg and Charley weigh 95kg at the moment, 15kg makes the difference yea. Btw, in the first video, Jakub lifts more than 50kg in biceps curl, its incredible.

No. The real reason why I'm not so huge is that I'm still natural 17. Trust me that i'm good and huge for my age. The prove is that I won my first contest "Bohemia teenage Nationals" (Bohemia is cca 2/3 part of our Czech Republic.) This Saturday Ï will compete on Czech teenage nationals and if I'll win, I will be one of the best teenage bodybuilders in our state.
I¨m gonna finish with competitive bodybuilding until 21 years old of mine. Simply because I don't wanna use steroids. I think that I can make a good results without them and that's enough. I don't need be a big monster.
