I tried this transformer, he could produce, peak until 700wat, I used 12fet irf3205, and 2 car batteries in a parallel circuit of 100ah each, I also added a high frequency oscillator from IC tl494, but you have to add a stage 2 inverter, because the frequency what is produced from this travo is very high, and high frequency is not good for home appliances,
Why do you need 500V transistors at the input? 100-150V at the most would have been enough. Secondly, those transistors also have 55m-Ohms RdsON resistance which would produce a 2.2V voltage drop at the input at 40A (500W), meaning it turns your 12.5V supply voltage into 10.3V (around 18% of the input voltage and energy wasted just there). Finally, your transistors would be dissipating 88W in the form of heat (44W each), and those tiny heatsinks can't dissipate more than 10W (if that). Are all your projects as fake as the word "American" in your TH-cam channel name?
