Didnt work for me once I got to installing the apk file in ES File Explorer. Some ‘Parse file’ error and couldnt get round it
That usually means the download was corrupted. Try re-downloading the APK and try again
HI just dont get this, I have a formuler gtr box and l can not install chrome, so l can not install netflix.
I had to side load it and installed the app and it worked great till every 15 seconds Netflix stops it saying that it can't communicate

I don't know what sorcery my cable provider (Sky Cable) in the Philippines did to my cable box (SKY Evo) that makes the second method ineffective. So annoying.
I just recently bought a MXQ Pro but Netflix is not working. I did all the possible solutions, installed it through APK and PlayStore. But still, "Your device isn't compatible with this version".
tried using the second method on my mxq pro but it only played 5 seconds. I am now seeing "Sorry, we could not reach the Netflix Service...(0013)" :(
My netflix doesn't look the same when I download it this way. There's no top preview screen of new releases and there's no skip intro button on shows. I'm assuming it's an old version but how would I update it if it's not in the app store?

Hello! Can you please help me on how to reinstall the Netflix because it was accidentally deleted when the internet was low and bugging. My tv box didn't open to home due to the bad weather. Then when I opened yesterday the Netflix app was gone. I'm having a hard time really on how to reinstall on my tv box. My tv box is mxq pro 4G
I could install netflix... but couldnt get the Netflix icon on my apps menu page to open netflix next time. Any solution for that? For now, i have to go from my pendrive, click install APK app and then go into Netflix
It doesn't work anymore as the netflix help page was changed apparently to disable such installs as the one shown in the video.
Thank you for doing this video , it was helpful but as it did work to install and finally let me log into netflix it now tells me that the error is" 0013 " i looked it up on line and it tells me I've pissed Google off. Lol. It won't let me watch any titles. I have turned off my machine to reset it and hoping that helps it but do you have any idea how to fix it , if resetting doesn't work. Thanks again

Well i sorta got a kinhawk super console xstick that i use as a android tv but i dont know what version of netfilx android tv to use it on ive tired different versions it keeps sayinf its no compatible with it so will this method work with the kinhawk android tv consoles and is there also a way to download tubi tv and peacock tv using this method for android tv

Seem can't get app for Netflix. I have looked .I think their trying to trick you into changing your password. This signs you out on you're box. And will not let you sign in again. Bummer.. Hopefully you can help me solve this mystery. Everytime I enter the correct email and pw for Netflix on my android box it says it's incorrect but I can sign in on my phone. Almost a year ago I tried using a different email and pw and now it keeps popping up at the bottom left of the screen. I was browsing thru chrome and there is the old email and pw.
I followed the second method since Netflix isn't on playstore for my buzztv xpl3000. Through es explorer > local > and then package installer it says app not installed. Not sure why. Tried a few times.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but.... It seems that all rooted (& maybe also unrooted) Android TV boxes require some kind of an (air) mouse to navigate within Netflix (& PlayStore, etc) because it can only use the 'touch' or tablet version of these apps.
AFAIK, not so with boxes running Android TV OS -- like Google Nexus media player, FireTV Stick, etc. These devices seem to allow the 'proper' or TV version apps to be installed and navigate easily with an extremely simple remote control.
You can use the included IR remotes but the experience is not ideal. I always recommend getting a good air mouse: hometheatrelife.com/best-air-mouse/
I have a mygica tv box and whenever i install netflix I'm unable to use the remote in certain area of the app and when i wanna watch 5-6 seconds into the stream it crashes the whole time

Unfortunately the version from Netflix you highlight is the "Mobile" version, which is all but unusable with a remote. What is needed is the "Android TV" version to work properly with a Remote.
Anyone know where to get a working "Android TV" version of Netflix that will work with a remote control?

It will still e in standard definition . All these android boxes that I review personally do not have the DRM /copyright rights (widevine L1 security) so it kind of sucks if your paying for a HD package and can only play SD content , do your homework and only getboxes like MeCool that have the proper android OS that support true 4k TH-cam Netflix prime Hulu etc I deal with everything in electronics and get asked this all the time unfortunately if you don’t have the proper OS. There is no way around it and out of all the boxes I’ve reviewed that all claim true 4k actually cap at 1080P and these boxes are rooted which I overclock and change a bunch is cpu& gpu settings but it’s Netflix that actually blocks you regardless of the limitations of the box itself . It’s getting better and with the new chipset which is too little to late in my opinion this year we are halfway in and and we are seeing some anvancement for example I got the Evanpo T95Q that was great when it first launched now 2 series later we have the S series “T95S “ which is a powerhouse has all the poets you could want and visually appealing . Again just do your homework as most are Chinese knockoffs and this is big money right now I actually went back to the 4k firestick as it does exactly what it says other than it’s horrible memory and the 2 year wait for a incremental cpu and gpu boost. Other than keeping good on what is advertised there are better products of equal value ir a small bit more , Ive also rooted my old 1080 2nd gen amazon stick if you still have yours I highly recommend this as you can delete useless system apps overclock the device really get all you can out of the stick and give it new live , my bench scores went up a good amount . In a time that these products are being pumped out left and right slow down and read what you want out of a product, I just want to stress this as I see my following get super often wether they did not head warning or ask questions that they may have Or, I’ve had stores in amazon & Ebay especially literally lie and bs what their product is capable of and it has to stop . Also great video but I feel you should spread this info

Technically you can download the Netflix APK first but it's easier to do it on the box
