This beautiful handbag reminds me of the Hermes Kelly. I love the color.
Exactly 💯 I was too excited that I forgot to mention that. It not only looks like the Kelly in style but the leather looks like Hermes box leather. So Luxe! It also reminds me of the Delvaux Le Brilliant and the Ferragamo Iconic Shoulder Bag 💛

Now that I have seen and felt it, I honestly think the black will be perfect elegance. Almost like a Hermes Kelly in black leather. If they ever make it in black with silver hardware, I'm getting that for sure 💛

I loved this video and the way you described the Hay colour. I am looking at purchasing it in Hay too and yours looks amazing, not to mention that I'm a huge fan of leather lined bags. Hopefully this is in the works. I hope Coach makes more bags of this quality. I love bags with leather interiors.

@Marisol: I just purchased the rogue top handle. My bag came scratched. It’s also smaller than the regular Coach Cassie. But the closure is nice. They are both priced the same. So I don’t blame you for liking the Sammie better!

It’s not if, it’s when. I am not accepted any blemishes on a brand new bag. It’s black. I may get burnished amber. That’s a nice color. I don’t remember an unboxing of your rogue top handle.

Hello dear, congratulations on your new bag. I love the bag but i am bit scared 😢do you think it will scratch easily. I have coach beat bag and it is so prone to scratches.
Hi 👋🏾 Which Beat do you have? I have a few beats too, and the leather on this one is very different. I'm not sure if it will scratch easily or not, but it feels like a very soft and supple leather. The kind that if it scratches (not deep cuts), it can be moisturized and buffed out. If you will be scared to use it, I would say don't buy it. I think bags should be well loved and well used. So perhaps stick to pebble and crossgrain leathers. 💛

I read on the Coach website that this bag is made of Luxe refined calf leather. That’s a very high quality leather! I hope they make more bags with this type of leather. I would be interested in seeing the wear and tear of this kind of leather in one year from now. I have a feeling it will still look new!
Absolutely. It's full grained leather, which is the topmost layer and is the most prime piece of leather. It's the same as they use on the Bandits. If you are familiar with or have seen pictures/videos of vintage Hermes Box Leather bags, those should give an indication of how this Sammy bag will wear. Yes, it will have scratches, etc, but as it ages, they will integrate into the leather and make it look like fine wine. 💛
