I was so relieved to watch a video to distract me and then you gave your wisdom in the beginning of the video ❤️
I really enjoyed the flow/structure of this video. I relate to the struggle of letting go of your expectations while your kiddos need you. I always put so much pressure on myself to do so much bc I feel like I have to when I totally don’t. And then I’m upset and irritable and my babies are the ones that suffer. It’s a comfort to see someone else who knows the struggle. Also you make me miss being pregnant so much! My twins will be two this summer and I just miss the feeling of carrying life. You and your family are so beautiful.
