I find this channel nicer to sleep to than say Nathaniel Bandy or Caddicarus's compilations. Ant has a very dry and relatively monotone delivery and either he doesnt use really loud sound effects most of the time, or the editor just did a rly good job at editing them out
tbh since Ant likes doing semi long pauses between some of his lines for comedic effects I hope those pauses can be edited out or at least shortened for these sleep compilations because I think it's best for background noises to be at a consistent volume if it's intended to be sleep-aid
