I traded my boxed N64 and all games as complete to Eb games for the Gamecube. Even the teller told me he was blown away of the condition of return and that it would be worth to hold. But I was 9 and wanted the Gamecube lol. Regret... But I loved the Gamecube and some of my best core gaming memories
I agree, there are other issues like audio mixing levels and voice changing, music etc. you'll have to get YT premium or adblock to make this usable as sleep content
I think this is an amazing video concept! Personally though, I'd prefer a different approach to the background music. Upbeat or loud music makes it a lot harder for me to stay asleep. Maybe having more chill music played at a steady, quiet volume would be better? Regardless, great videos and facts!
there's also audio mixing issues (and I've heard people get crazy ads if they don't have premium or adblock installed on their phone) so i don't think I'll ever use these in bed either.

for me personally, the low stakes information keeps my brain "entertained" so the sleep can take over without random thoughts/thought processes distracting you from it.

At least that's my experience, it wasn't mentioned in science class like in the context of aerodynamics, just a little aside in history class that wasn't even on any test. Also, I was curious, so I looked this up, and apparently, sailing is not very popular in Japan compared to using powered watercraft. I guess this makes sense since the country is home to some of the biggest manufacturers of such vehicles.
