Very well explained! You're the first person I've heard mention how the instability of the sandbag is a benefit for gains, because that's what real world objects are like. I've known this to be true!
Great video. I just got my new sand bag today. Filled it up with some washed sand and carried it to my workout area. And I was already thinking about selling it 😂 Really appreciated the mindset tips
I love that last part about it tries to find your weakness in an attempt to make you stronger. So true!! I never thought of it that way. Great stuff man! Keep it up!
Just bought another bag. I loved my brute force sandbag that I bought during the pandemic. Unfortunately I don’t know what happened to my original bag. Excited to use the brute force training bags again.
Good info… And I’m all about it too. As someone who is a beginner can anyone suggest a particular bag to get and a good starting filler weight? A little overwhelmed by everything I’m seeing online…
Hey Kyle, Mo here. Thank you for the comment! If you’re just starting out, I would be the Scout bag and fill it to 25lbs. Learn how to use the bag with good form, then once you’re comfortable, get an Athlete bag and fill it to 35-40lbs
Up to you. Either Sand, or, a combination of rubber mulch and size S170 Steel shot. If you choose the combination and you have an athlete bag, add 12-14lbs of mulch then the rest steel

@@mobro4 Thx boss 👍
Any recommendations on where to get steel shot?
Hey! I would just Google search steel shot supplier in your area. We use a very small size S-170
What is the best filler to use?
Up to you. Either Sand, or, a combination of rubber mulch and size S170 Steel shot. If you choose the combination and you have an athlete bag, add 12-14lbs of mulch then the rest steel
On the balance part, you could also step over to the other side of the bag. Instead of spinning the bag around
Yep. Multiple ways to do it.
can't you buy them pre filled? on your site
Yep
Did you say “ mistakes done incorrectly “? Can a mistake be done correctly? LOL. Just jerkin’ your chain. 😎
Ha! I’m trying to find a smart ass comeback but I’ve got nothing 😂😂
@@mobro4 It’s all good. It must mean I was actually listening. 🤙
