well I was a helper so I'm not to sure but have appointment to be a driver but I got a lot of packages that would be labeled to wrong house that would need to be sent back to sender but I never had to do any thing they said the driver would take care of it, so I'm not sure if there is any thing that needed to be scanned or made up in the diad .
is the cod just the shipping amount or what the sender is asking for
