Another nice video. Some of your demonstrations are "too quick" for us beginners... but with practice and watching it several times, i guess I will get caught up to speed. Nice video.

Fun fact I dont work for UPS, my first job was working at USPS though, but they used a different scanner, sadly I moved foward in my life and work somewhere different, I still have my USPS ID badge though I wear it behind my current ID badge I use for work I still get nostalgic when I see it, I remember all the times getting called by my supervisor doing overtime! 😂 But the reason I'm actually here on this video is because I decided to check someones channel and the only thing they had on their channel was a playlist labeled "career" and the first video is about cyber security which seemed normal but then the rest of the videos make no sense, like alternate snacks from an alternate universe to, NBA 2k tips and tricks, to this video which intrigued me and was actually very informative compared to the scanners we used in USPS, since in USPS they use a android OS if you didn't know!

I start UPS tomorrow as a Seasonal driver helper and I would like to learn about the DIAD. I'm trying to watch a few videos just to be a little familiar with it.
You probably didnt use the actual diad did ya just those stupid phones lol but there ok soon that will be the new diad but it will have a scanner like the regular diad
I'm currently in integrad and we are having to do all training online. Do you have any pointers when its first time actually using the diad for the first time in real life

We don't have that option yet where we can look to see what stops I have in the board. I think it's suppose to be coming in the near future. Were behind up north what can i say LoL We have sequence #s written on each box, although not every runs trace works and some pre loaders arn't the best. Today the sheet said i had 93 stops, but only turned out to be 73. Thats a huge off count if you ask me . I can't wait till peak season , as i love doing 150+ plus a day in a condensed resi area, with little to no apt buildings hehe

Vux911 non that I know of. A function that might help depending how your load is it up is using RDO/ODO. That function switches from the load in your truck and the route Orion wants you to use. That button is located on your end screen (shift key and then 5) or bottom right of your screen. Let me know if this helped.

Would you happen a absolute beginners video? I interviewed today and they tailed about this DIAD V test and I had to google to see what the hell there talking about. This test clearly is no joke not having a clue how that scanner works
Hello Chris, I have a question for you, do you always scan the 1d barcode with the diad or can you scan the 2d MaxiCode barcode with it? Is there any difference?
I'm sorry to tell you, but im faster than you using the DIAD board. The yellow soft key is not necessary at least the board get freeze a little bit, thats the porpoise of that yellow key. Using that is wasting time.
It's actually true. To press the shift key and then trying to locate numbers is a waste of time and energy and you have to look at the DIAD. You are adding 1 click for every stop with that shift key. Instead, just use the aoft key. I never used the shift key and can use the DIAD without even looking at it.
Video is helpful, next time maybe slow down a little, the little laugh gives an appearance of showing off your skills!! People come on here to learn, because they are new and are struggling!!
My videos are mostly for drivers that have the most basic of experiences being a driver. Get some experience and then come back and hopefully they will be more informative.

I use the orange button for delivering but i should start using it for everything.
