100g flour
50g butter
2 yolks,30g sugar
1/3 tsp baking powder
Salt
200g sour cream
1 egg, 70g sugar, 1 tsp corn starch
300g plums
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes
