It’s like she just accepted everything , bad stuff and are like ready to leave. Her glow in her eyes is something I never seen before to be honest . I’m sad she is gone. But I’m so thankful for witnessing her. She touch so many and my heart as well. ❤️so special

I knew “nightbird”. She went to the same college as I did. I remembered her with very long hair and she was very bubbly. She was such a sweetheart. My friend even dated her at one point.
She was the nicest person I have ever met. Her death brought me to tears.

I could see Simon welling up with emotion. He has a rough exterior, but beneath that, he has a heart of gold.
You are right in have been observing Simon for decades one thing for certain is that indeed he has a heart of gold. I wish he was my dad. Other people are lucky they have their dad's mine died at war in Angola and it's been very difficult to adjust in particular when one suffers from the most severe mental illness. Ppl labels you bully you and discriminate you daily.......,the stigma around mental illness is so heartbreaking.
Simon is the type that may have a rough mouth but a soft heart.
Over the years I found people looked nice and talked nice lots time had cold hearts. But people who talked the truth who looked cold indeed have very kind hearts.

Simon likes to play the bad guy on his shows, and you can tell he kinda likes doing it. I've always noticed growing up watching him over the years that he's not really a bad person. He feels for a lot of the people that come on his shows and tries to help them. Sometimes tough love isn't a bad thing. That being said you can tell that this hurt him and im sure he thinks of her a lot, it made me cry watching it too.. Simon's a good person, and he's right, its not fair..

Not only have I heard criticism for not being able to sing, I've heard him pull someone for their looks and appearance and he doesn't do it in a nice way either. I’ve got a chronic illness and I’ve been in hospital for 17 weeks. When i feel lost, I’m going to listen to Nightbirds song and remind myself “it’s ok”. She is a truly amazing and this song like “you will be found” on a bad day will listen to on repeat 🥲

I watch Nightbirde’s performance often. I’m moved to tears every time. This young woman was absolutely beautiful and amazing! I think it does give you more compassion and tolerance. I used to be a bit of a Jack the lad. But since my 1st child which is nearly 20 years now I've noticed a difference In myself. hats off to him now after watching that.

Nightbirde won the show when she got the golden buzzer. Beautiful song that I play many times each day & just cry. I struggle with my mental health, self harm & suicide attempts. I randomly clicked on this video only days after her passing. I've never heard or seen this video before. It touches me on how people are still just now discovering her talent and how she touched the souls of millions and will still continue to do so.

I have never ever seen a person as strong and determined as her. Beautiful face, beautiful voice and a beautiful soul. That smile of hers is hiding a lot. I can see how much Simon feels for her. My aunt passed away from cancer 3 weeks ago. We were close and this video brang back floods of memories and I cried so hard.
When she said the doctors told her she had 2% of survival and she was happy about it coz 2% is not 0%😒, my heart broke into pieces, and I was like what the hell i'm I crying about. My problems aren't even a quarter of hers and yet I cry at all times yet she smiles all the way through it. Nightbirde ur such a strong gal and may the Lord see u thru 😊

The night she said that I had awful PMS cramps and was whining and pitying myself. And then I watched her make the 2% comment and boy did I ever feel like a moron for whining about PMS in light of everything she has endured. There I am, whining about cramps and there she was, happy that the 2% isn't 0. The girl is amazing. She's an inspiration. Beautiful on the inside as well as the outside. I've read a lot of articles about her and a lot of comments on various websites including TH-cam. I've seen exactly ONE negative comment about her. (Someone complained about the rather odd treatment she is raising money for on GoFundMe. I will say, it is rather unusual...BUT...she had it before and it killed hundreds of her tumors.. ) Only ONE bad comment out of thousands. Goes to show how many people she has touched!

we define legends as someone being in their profession for a very long time and while she wasnt around in her profession for a very long time she still made a mark for herself entertaining others while facing adversity head on with this horrible illness and that in my eyes makes her a legend and while i never knew her on a personal level her story touched me so deeply that for the past few months ive rewatched her audition like at least 50 times a day. fly high beautiful angel. you may be gone but you will most certainly never be forgotten

Instead of paying for crap, pay scientists to develop the cure for cancer. There are labs that are working on it, but they haven't got money and time to go forward with testings etc. people are shallow.

I've never seen Simon this sentimental. I think there is more to it. Something personal. Like he has seen this up close before. Maybe a parent or a sibling or a good friend who battled with this horrible sickness as well. He is so moved everytime by this girl I think this hit him very close to home. No negative comment. I was just seeing the pain in Simon.

Also the fact that Simon keeps in close contact with her means that he knows of her current condition and it's not looking good unfortunately. Her cancer is getting worse and as she told cnn, her liver is more cancer than liver now. Sigh :(
