It wobbles? :D Fill the bike stand tube with sand (you have a cap below I see, and there you go, stable stuff. Sand is very cheap at home depot. Then you can pour out as much as you need for it to still be mobile. Want max weight? Add concrete, water, and wait for it to set. Use Quickcrete type for fastest curing of cement. If that cap is opening after you pour in sand, easy solution is to drill couple of bolt holes on 3 sides of that cap, and you can screw drive the cap on firmly. Also, pouring enough water over sand will create a concrete like material after water evaporates, but you need to add enough. I used that same method for filling my basketball hoop at the base with sand and water, by pouring sand into the hollow base, then adding enough water. It turns into a rock after a while. Straight sand would be the cleanest method though. No mess, and you can still pour it out if need be. You are welcome! :D
I got a second hand bike repair stand. I don't even know the brand but it work and it only cost me $40 been using it for 4 years now. Ride safe kabayan.
You can flip the clamp lever to close it faster. Don't have to spin it a million times. I have the Bike Hand stand and it's served me well for 3 years.
That looks similar to our Songmics bike stand. I love my stand so far, and it was $70 on Amazon. Don't know if they have them anymore. It's all about affordability for us too. Fun video man. Thanks
Interesting video My bike stand is pretty cool. too. clamp the bike on press a button and it goes up after servicing press a button and it comes down, great for working on heavy electric bikes. Not yet got it to work on voice command! pressing buttons will do for now. thanks for sharing video
I got a cheap 48 dollar on and even though it has steel it has hard plastic parts, but, for the first time I was able to correct a front derailleur gear.
Thanks for the video. I am going to get a similar design spec model ROCES rs100 for around USD 70 soon. After looking around for bicycle repair stand for budget 40~100 USD.
@@tuliobenavidez9952 it’s been 5 months apparently but it has been working perfect no issues. I even put a down hill bike on it and those are super heavy
@@fatLPfan ty sir,, been searching for one but just haven't made up my mind about which one could make the cut,, it can be daunting and dense,, but your reply do help ,, thanks brotha,, peace 👊
dude, just give us the poor mans solution rig ... 2 pc 2x 4s cut at what length and how high up for a medium frame 29er ... please, thank you sirrrrr ✌️ 😑
It went together easily in less than an hour. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L Make sure the front fork is forward or the pedals will hit the front tire. Tires are both a little soft so it needs air before I ride it. The rear wheel didn't come with a clamp regular bolts hold it on. The front had the clamp. No scratches out of box. Rims are a little off with a slight wobble. They could have spent more time with the spoke tool fixing the run out. So far out of the box I'm happy with it. I did replace the pedals with a nice aftermarket set. After riding it a bit my A$$ is a bit sore so I ordered another seat. Overall I'm nearly 60 and didn't ride a bike in 30 years. I like my new 29" Schwinn. It will be used for casual rides with my friend.
Great review Mark! This looks like a good product. 'New subscriber here from VA. How is this bike repair stand holding up on your ebikes? Thanks in advance!
Where did you order from? Currently I can't find this exact brand/model on the net: sportneer, amazon, ebay all sold out. Thanks in advance for any help.
As I am getting back into cycling, thought a stand would be a good idea as I bought a CO-OP 4.2 Advntr bike.. You and Gibbs helped my decision making dude!..

Dude simply turn the handlebar holder around so that the rubber thing locks up on top of the handlebar, makes it much easier to lock.
I got a second hand bike repair stand. I don't even know the brand but it work and it only cost me $40 been using it for 4 years now. Ride safe kabayan.
You don’t need to spin the handle to lock in the bike post. It flips like a switch for quick release and lock.
I bought a CXWXC bike repair stand and it worked really well.
You can flip the clamp lever to close it faster. Don't have to spin it a million times. I have the Bike Hand stand and it's served me well for 3 years.
Thought you were taking the piss by clamping the bike by the crosstube.... Dont ever do that for a whole bunch of reasons. Clamp your seat post only.

Been using one similar for 2 years. Still working fine.
Natural Light, immediate subscribe when I saw that. Great video I'm now considering one of these Sportneer stands.

Great video . Can u hang the bike upside down ?

Someone stole both of my 29" off the back of my expedition last week ...... They used a battery operated diamond cutoff saw ... Gone in 15 minutes.
william johnson sorry man

I had to break out my 29" Orion Hoopty .

Best not to clamp the frame Always the seatpost
@ Damage to frame . If you go to any shop you will see them always clamp on the seat post not the frame
