i mean come on, that second phase was so worth it.
I loved the second phase but kinda sad that they skipped the talk between Megumin and Kazuma afterwords. Megumin fully confesses and confirms that she is ready to take her relationship with Kazuma forward as long as "he takes responsibility" for what happens after. The movie ending scene is more wholesome and cute but I hope that they adapt that chapter in season 3

Makes sense given Megumin is really Kazuma's only real romantic interest as he offsets her personality with calm reason and he also is the only person who understands her love for explosions.

For those that don't understand why Megumin's Mother acted the way she did, it's a joke on East Asian Parents in that when there is a Man who is close to their daughter and he is extremely wealthy or has an amazing job or position they will go out of their way to try and tempt him into a Marriage. In this case Megumin's mother was basically trying to tempt Kazuma into doing lewd things to her daughter in the hopes of then using that to pressure him into Marriage......
