Hey Lisa, love watching your cooking videos and I got a special kick out of this one - I'm the one who gave you the surgical tubing with a couple inches of an aluminum arrow in one end all those years ago. I think it was on either the St. John or the Bonaventure with Dave Conley. I think about you when I make sourdough biscuits in a reflector oven.
Must have been another Guide I got that on the Cascapedia Guiding with Mike Patterson and Dave Conley. It was surgical tubing with an orange plastic pen top. An Air Force pilot named Brad gave it to me.
cool. looking forward to the next videos. i've taught my kids to first prep for putting out a fire before making the fire. makes total sense to prep for cleanup before cooking...and needing less cook gear by doing so.
Most underrated lady on TH-cam tbh
Keep her comin! Everything you do is great & with excitement.

Yep, that was me. My name is Brad. I was a Marine pilot though, rather than Air Force. I think my daughter Kate was with us on that trip, too.

Thanks for watching, so glad kids are being taught to cook over a campfire. Kids and fire, it’s a match made in heaven. Keep it safe.
Now that good info Lisa. Great video
