You seem like a good dude! Idaho is a gem! I'm sick of seeing so many out of state real estate agents pander to get a sell. Appreciate that your an actual local... not from ( insert any city from California) Good luck with with the real estate market! Ill keep you in mind if I ever sell. Probably wont ever sell, but you never know.
