- This is Ubisoft's 2014 Watch Dogs. It is one of the best open world games and follows the story of Aiden Pearce a former criminal turned Vigilante who wants to avenge his niece's death and take down the Chicago criminal underworld. It is its 10 year anniversary. On this part Aiden sabotage's the Chicago South Club's auction.

The auction mission is by far the most disturbing mission of all time.
This reminds me of the movie Taken.
If you take the time to hack every NPC in the auction mission, you will be able to read some disturbing conversations.
I do that everytime when I play Watch Dogs.

@@cheseg-remastered Joshua Kramer, he also appears in first mission (although his profile is assigned to wrong npc model) and also in freeroam as one of auction bidder collectibles
I like that Aiden did not stop in Chicago to stop Human Trafficking and traveled to San Francisco to deal with both Bratva and Auntie Shu Boys that wanted to get into the business.
I wonder why that part in the thumbnail was the dark scene.
I like how watch dogs 1 is dark instead of the gen-z like more light-hearted watch dogs 2.
It fits the series much better in my opinion.

It’s why Aiden is a good protagonist. Because he stops the type of crime that’s considered internationally condemning. Human trafficking.

It's a shame this plotline ended up as a lame Criminal Convoy mission.
yeah i wished it was like the fixer mission raiding a big warehouse or smthin and holding out for a couple of waves of enemies then getting intel on demarco then raiding his place and killing him
Their original plan was for Joseph Demarco to call Aiden after the mission, still thinking he's Crispin, and tell him to talk to all the auction buyers to make sure they don't squeal, finishing all auction bidder collectibles would end with another phone call to Joseph Demarco where he gets arrested by cops and Aiden laughing at him, which is also why the game's ending says he's arrested as they forgot to edit it (even though that breaks the canon, since they also say he got arrested if you killed him already)
Though i'd say it's better we got a convoy mission than a phone call
I really liked the dark themes Watch Dogs 1 explored, plus Aiden is a really badass character

This is why I love watch dogs 1 and not really it’s sequels it achieves a dark vibe that really isn’t touched on in games that much

Had it not been for your gameplay i wouldn't have bought this game. I enjoyed every single second of it. I bought it for 5 $ on steam i think, all the DLCs included, and was worth every dime.
Poppy is also the woman Aiden bumps into on the opening cutscene of the game. So maybe she was one of the kidnapped women
Fun fact: Maurice's actor played Dusan Nemec which is crazy since Dusan is evil af while Maurice is just a poor dude wanting to get out.
tbh dusan isnt that scary except hes a rich spoilt brat like lucky quinn is much scarier than dusan
I'm gonna rain on your parade. Dusan and scary don't belong in the same sentence. He is the most forgetful character ever in watch dogs history. Not even a character so bad that you will remember for being a bad character, a forgettable one. A forgettable main villain.
@Pranav-qc3nc I disagree Dusan is intelligent and always has a backup plan unlike Damien who made stupid decisions left and right, lucky Quinn didn't get that much screen time to fully tell how scary he was but the first cutscene explained alot I personally thing they're tied Lucky Quinn's brutality and Dusan's creepy stare he always gives would create a nightmare.

That's why I love Watch Dogs 1. I love the dark and depressing tone this game conveys. I like that much more than the colorful and happy world in Watch Dogs 2. That's why I like GTA 4 more than GTA 5.

Ah, Crispin, never before have I hated a character with so little screentime, one of the many things Watch Dogs 1 does so well, making you truly despise the antagonists.
Plus you know Pro hates a character when he unloads almost a whole clip into their body.

Hey professional you know you can use the focus ability on driving to know if there is a hacker who’s trying to hack
If you activate the focus and time slows down it means there is no hacker trying to hack you but if activate the focus ability and it won’t slow down it means someone is trying to hack you

At this point, I also felt sad for Maurice. Imagine your wife being auctioned off because you failed to kill your target due to a child being present.
