Hey its me again. I found that little box, took it out, clean it and thanks to you I save me $150. bucks. That is what the mechanic was going to charge to take care of that problem. I had to come back and thank you again. Good luck and keep up the good work.
When you're having one of those days where it seems like everything is going wrong, the BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP will really send you over the cliff. OR, if you're having a great day, it will quickly turn it into a terrible day. It is probably the most annoying thing I deal with on a daily basis and has really impacted my overall morale since getting this vehicle. Thank you, sir. I want to love my car again.

Thank you for this, I have a kid and am constantly backing the car out of the garage,, putting her in her seat, and always having the beep go off. Super annoying and just cringe when it beeps

-Bluetooth auto starts playing whatever was played last on your phone. You cannot disable that "feature". When the car starts the cars infotainment screen has a loading series of things that you have to sit through before you can do anything about the forced auto play you cannot disable (we haven't figured out a way).
-Closing the rear hatch door results in the BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP warning every single time and the doors DO NOT LOCK. When we went in for our first oil change at the dealer, we told them about this BEEP BEEP BEEP problem and they had no answer and no fix.
We just had someone knock on our door and apologize for going out and getting drunk then waking up in the backseat of our CRV in our driveway with no memory of how he got from the bar into our back seat. Apparently he lives in the apartments next to our house in a small rural town. He was able to get into the backseat because the cars failed auto lock feature failed to lock, due to us unloading groceries from the back as the last thing we did. Imagine if my wife had gotten in the car to go run an errand and this fellar was asleep in the back seat. What if this fellar was still drunk and unruly? All because Honda wants us to have a BEEP BEEP BEEP?
I laughed hard when I herd the bird noise, you replaced it with an even worse noise
So why does it beep like that if you have your keys and car is off, windows up and doors are shut ? Thanks.

@@jamesphillips7524 That can be disabled in settings via the touch screen. I turned it off on my wife's pilot because it was annoying. She doesn't need to let all the neighbors know she's home.
You are walking away too fast and it didnt register to self-lock. Mine 80% will not lock as im walking away, just beep at me.
Walk away and leave the keys somewhere far away walk back to the car and see if its locked if not idk maybe a sensor issue or battery issue on your keyfob..@jeslib.4573
I disabled the walk away lock feature on the 2022 Civic under the settings. The warning beeping went away. Takes 20 seconds.

I also like it. The beep is letting me know that the car is locked. I don't have to go back and check the doors.
@@FreezeIsPlaying That’s understandable for that purpose. I never thought it was terribly loud, I know they changed the buzzer to a new sounding one that sounds like a Toyota beep.
@@tony27ortiz That’s why I like it. I can tell if my car is locked, or unlocked without having to go back and check.

Given the petty nature of corporations and fine print no one reads until it's too late (and the electronic record now in cars); this video could be titled "how to make it difficult to claim warranty issues on the electrical system of your car"... unfortunately. I'd keep that in mind when altering a car under warranty. 😢

Have you done anything to prevent any attempts to steal your car via the keyless entry fob? I just got a 2021 and I’m kinda wigging about this. Just heard about it actually.
They have videos how to do it on Toyota fob so perhaps it works the same way on hondas
