    Moseman killed his wife. They said it showed she was buckled up. They said she drowned. How could she be thrown from the pickup when she was buckled up? That is not possible. Her husband staged this 'accident ', by stepping out of the truck and putting it in gear so it would go over the cliff and crash. He had knocked his wife out hoping the crash would kill her instantly. However, he heard her scream as the pickup went over the cliff. He knew she was alive and that would never do. He scrabled down the embankment, got her out of the truck, pulled her to the shore, supposedly to rescue her. Actually he wrestled her and shoved her in the river so that she drowned. He claimed he had tried to save her, but tripped, and decided to try and get help when he thought he heard a car coming. These are my thoughts, opinions, and ideas on it. The divorce was going to be very costly. If she died accidentally it was way cheaper, and maybe even advantageous.

    Never, ever get out of your car on a dark road no matter what you see. Never, ever get out of your car, even if it’s a cop. Lock the doors and call 911. When the guy gets out of the car, turn around and drive, drive, drive!

      @@timmyshore3755 I'm serious. It happened because the sprinklers turn on at night in my neighborhood. I watched this video on the TV with my mom because you can hook up TH-cam to the TV from your phone. Ladies get into the habit of locking your car doors as soon as you get in. Lock it when you’re putting gas in your car as well. Park your car in a way that you don’t have to back up to leave a parking spot but rather that you can leave driving forward. Have your keys in your hand before you get to the car.

      The reason for that is the two main categories of murderers: Narcissistic sociopaths who believe they're smarter and better than everyone, and generally they've been able to lie and manipulate their way out of any bad situation for their entire life which is why they believe they can also get away with murder, and "crime of passion" killers who didn't plan the crime and are so overcome by emotion in the moment they're unable to stop and think about what will come after.

    The last guy, when the "hydrology engineer" was doing tests in the river, all that was great, but an expert would have taken into account that a river is never the same. Just because his tests proved what they wanted, that doesn't mean the river wasn't lower, and moving slower, when he was doing his tests. Not that he isn't totally guilty, I'm just saying, that part of the prosecutors case, is easily questionable.

    This series never gives the complete facts. For example: [1996] "Last spring, Sheeley drove to St. Louis and interviewed the mother. From her, he learned that Matchem-Thomas had once applied for a security guard license, which meant that, under Missouri law, she had been fingerprinted.
    Thanks to the quick work of the two men in the park, the murder victim had been pulled from the fire before her fingerprints were destroyed. Even so, a computer search of FBI files had not found a match.
    But St. Louis police keep fingerprint records for security guard applicants. Sheeley went through their files manually to find those of Matchem-Thomas. Nearly a year to the day after Janie Doe was buried in Montgomery County, the detective identified her."
    and
    "But the biggest break in his investigation came when Sheeley interviewed Deborah Claybrook, Thomas's on-again, off-again girlfriend. She told the detective that Thomas told her that the body found in Montgomery County, Ill., was that of his wife.
    The girlfriend said Thomas told her that he had killed his wife and put her body in a packing box in the basement. After St. Louis police nearly discovered her there, he had cut off his wife's head and put it in a bucket filled with cement.
    Thomas told her he had put the bucket "where police will never find it," the girlfriend told Sheeley."

      It would be impossible. First, criminal cases (especially murder) are extremely complex and cannot be fully represented in a half hour/hour TV show. Second, these shows are produced for an audience of sixth grade intelligence. Most viewers would never understand a fraction of the entire case.

      I'm thinking we're getting to a time when the use of a jury and/or judge will be replaced. Two defendants with the exact same crime details can end up with totally different outcomes because of human subjectivity. Feed the details into a unbiased, objective computer and let the chips fall where they do. No appeals. I'm thinking the crime rate would plummet.

    This is why you always carry a gun. One on your hip and one down near your ankle. This world is full of animals. I legal carry. I am introverted but it took me forever to get the nerve to pull a trigger. My 3 brothers were in the Marines and my 2 sons were in the Marines before they went to College. So I didn’t have a choice. I thank God that they insisted because 2 weeks later I had just gotten to my car and a man came running to my car with a knife to rob or kill me. He made it to my car but I was inside and he broke the glass and was stabbing inside the car. I pulled out my gun and shot him. He hit the ground. I called 911 but never got out of my car. He didnt die but he will never hurt anyone else. The police said that they had been looking for him. He had hurt and killed 8 people. Please overcome your fears and get a gun.

    Why people kill others specially spouses have they never hear about a DIVORCE ?

    • @yuta7359
      @yuta7359 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Some people are too greedy or just don't want to "lose it all", or just want to best of both worlds(having a husband and boyfriend or a wife and girlfriend) and somehow in their mind murder is easier. Hell, some people are just abused over and over and just snap off and kill their spouse. Usually it's over money, jealousy and/or greed.

    • @sathnidu_athauda
      @sathnidu_athauda 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      When a divorce happens, assets must be settled and shared between the 2 parties. So by killing the other party the motive is to keep all your fortune.

    Ladies & Gentlemen: crime & crime fighting are high on our crimes & crime fighting expenses. No crime is same but many are similar. After the crime occurs, the money meter and “expenses” to the family start which cannot be measured. IF HAND GUNS ARE THE ANSWER, THEN PROVIDE EVERYONE WITH A WEAPON. THIS MAKES 100% common sense.
