If u go through the spiciness then this is a really delicious dish.. I HV tasted sum similar recipes and my hand burns while eating it and I get tears in my eyes but yea apart from it it's really yum

It's our traditional home made masala powders making style.
Would you like to taste it. . As it is been prepared in open flame it will have great taste unlike the restaurant. Also the grinding is done by hand and not by grinder.

Gotta be honest one of the few things about Indian food I don't like is that there is very little variance in the flavor blends for almost anything. I mean it's flavorful and all but using the same combo of GG Paste-Red Chilli-Haldi (Turmeric)-Tomato-Red Onion for literally EVERYTHING from goat haunch to king crab hurts my foodie soul a little. That being said, now I want some crab for dinner.

Lol, all Indian food doesn't use the same spice profile. Even Various dishes have subtle variations. For instance, Chhole Masala and Sambhar masala have such little variance yet the flavour profile is absolutely miles apart right? Dunno what food you've been having bruh.
