Great video thanks Kye and Danielle. We loved watching it and seeing all of the progress you've made. Fingers does some very pretty work that's for sure; his welding is beautiful. That end scene is frigging hilarious lol..🤣😂🥰
My plan for the AC power steering delete is to replace the alternator bolts with threaded rods and put nuts and washers between the water housing and alternator to tension the belt and then a set of nuts to lock it off. That gearbox mount is way to nice to be hidden under the car...
I stumbled across this build I'm doing the same combo with the Maxspeeding rods and stock pistons, Did you change the Wrist pins or get the little end rebushed or send it ? As the Honda stock pins are smaller than the 22mm that the maxspeeding rods are setup for.
Oh the holes are to allow coolant to still pass from the block through the headgasket to the cylinder head. I put the original headgasket on the epoxy after it had set then marked out all the holes that needed to be drilled 👍 As for heat cycling that is something that we are going to find out. We have some of this same epoxy in a LS cylinder head and seems to be no issues so far (still early days for testing though).
Champion effort guys, its a mammoth undertaking and it's going to be a weapon... keen as to see it rocket off some ripper times at the end of the month
We need more people like you here in Melbourne😢

Can’t wait to see this at the track
We are trying our hardest to get it there!

Good Stuff!

Will be interested to hear how that does, make sure you let us know! Lots of nice stuff there that will be rarely visible 😊

Nope just sent it how it was.
Question: Was that the full extent of the holes in the epoxy? Any worry about heat cycling that material (I'm new to this stuff)?

Hey great build, just wondering what epoxy you used in the block? You mentioned some floor epoxy! Cheers.
Yes a friend of ours owns a garage floor coating business and it's what he uses, not sure on exact specs.
Hey,I would like to know more on what epoxy was used
what gear box and bell housing are using i am doing k swap into a Ra celica all engine.
R151 box with a niteparts adaptor
For those of us New to the channel what ECU will be running the setup?
It will be run by a Haltech Elite 2500 👌🏻
Nice work man, what are the specs on that turbo
It's a Pulsar Turbo 6766 😊
Nice do you know the rear housing size?

Have you still got the 4k turbo set up? If so wana sell?
We still have it currently, we aren't sure what the plan for it yet. But may part with it.

Definitely a massive push but we will be doing everything in our power to get it done!
