Two years later and this video is helping me out. I'm about to buy one of these that's been renovated inside but the seller lost the ignition keys. Now looking at the ignition placement I know I can just use a screwdriver and hammer to get it home to replace and rekey the ignition. (If the ignition was on the steering column, then I would have to damage the locking mechanism as well and replace a steering column.)
My son really likes motorhomes especially older ones like that he says that they are like your home away from home 🏡 and if you want or need to move you can just drive away." He has even recommended to his aunt and grandfather 👴 that they should rent one when they want to go to the mountains ⛰.
yea the newer ones look nicer ofcorse ..but no question the older ones were made wayyyyy better back in the day. And if I can hunt me down 2004 american tradition Diesel pusher Omg. I'm on it.
I have a 1985 RV. I’m on the road and stopped to fuel up. The neck of the tank is full and not allowing me to put more fuel in as it is not full. Can you give me any advice?
Actually they are very easy to access. The large removable panel inside the cabin between the drive and passenger seats. Remove it and you will have easy access to your plugs.
