    the 6x and 6x pro use the same mediatek processor from the regular 6 and 6 pro. is there really any reason to jump to this model? i dont know if its worth the extra ram/storage or camera if its still the same thing in terms of processing power. you'd think theyd give it like a 2023 version of a common processor not an outdated one.

    • @consumercompute
      @consumercompute  ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree .... I have not used last years model ... it's been few day since i owned ... I did see on a other channel that last year this person was havering trouble playing games like call of duty mobile and Genshin impact ,and with The Pro6x I have no problem but it could be the apps have been fixed to do this . do you know if the 6 and 6 pro have android 13 on them ?

    • @MannyKunV
      @MannyKunV ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@consumercompute the revvl 6 and 6 pro are using android 12. at the moment i myself am using a revvl 5+ 5g and was looking to upgrade to 6/6 pro. but then they released the 6x/6x pro and im seeing its not really much of an improvement between 6/6 pro and 6x/6x pro aside from android 13 on them.
      my expertise in tech fall short there bc im more in the belief that update software wont do you as good if the hardware falls short. which is why i was hoping 6x/6x pro would have a better, or current version of the processing chip. other wise, like i said, might just get the 6/6 pro since they will, no doubt, be on discount to exhaust their inventory since the 6/6x pro is the newest thing

    • @consumercompute
      @consumercompute  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes I agree 6/ 6pro might work for you . Do you have T-mobile or Metro by t-mobile ? I ask this because there are some other choses depending on your budget/ plain that would have a better processor for example the moto g stylus 5g 2023 . that would have about the same screen size I am not saying to buy this just there are other choses too :) also look your the youube channels TechDaily , and KalipezTech, also TechRight I don't know them but i am a subscriber these channels might give you other ideas of phones. but let me know about the other questions I ask you ?

    • @MannyKunV
      @MannyKunV ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@consumercompute the other budget phones are more or less the same in hardware but some do get an update. im just a big fan of the revvl phone so im just disappointed they effectively repackaged the 6/6 pro instead of doing something new with the chance

    Just bought this phone (20 minutes ago) for my boyfriend for work purposes sense he likes playing in his phone a lot and is a HUGE ,MASSIVE, DOWNGRADE to the Revvel 6 5g which I'm using right now. I'm only relieved that It was very cheap and is only for calls. Other than that I would want to hide my head like an ostrich because of the shame. 😢

    I might be buying this phone and replacing my new Moto G Stylus 5G 2023 which I am not impressed with at all. Consumer Alert!! Stay away from the Moto G Stylus 5G 2023 it sucks!! I'm just about done with Motorola their phones lag, glitch and freeze it's a joke!! So with that being said I'm looking into now once again doing a upgrade to this phone. I have another line in which I have last year's version of this the T-Mobile Revvl 6Pro 5G. Think I might be looking into getting this phone.

      The new razr with the small screen on outside is actually good for the price w a cool design no lag and is pretty fast Definitely better than the stylus those haven't been good since 2014 or 15

    • @consumercompute
      @consumercompute  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I can agree with the comment about the razor 2023. It is definitely a decent price. You just gotta understand what you're getting into on that phone. It is a folding phone so the screen is made out of a type of plastic that can scratch very easily, but now saying that for the price as well as what it is to I think would be a good investment. I'm just cautious right now with Motorola due to the fact that they're very slow with security updates. Usually it's by monthly if you're also looking for an alternative, the Samsung A 15 5G just came out. It has a really this phone has a really good screen. Sorry you had bad luck with the Motorola G stylist 5G, 2023
