ACEIs function is to do vasodilatation not vasoconstriction.
worsening of renal function in "renal artery stenosis with the use of ACEIs" is due to efferent VD.

الموضوع بيحصل لما بيجي stimulus زي مثلا الضغط الواطي أو أي حاجة تنبه الجسم انها حالة طوارئ و ساعتها بيحصل stimulation to SNS & RAAS و الاتنين بيـ Stimulate بعض بحيث يبقى كل الجسم alert و يـ companste المشكلة اللي الجسم فيها
