Denny why haven't you replaced the air intake or intercooler components with aftermarket like WC Fab or HSP, and if were to what brand has an easier/better fitment. I have a 2019 GMC Denali I plan to put on a diet ASAP.

What I'm learning about these L5Ps, is that inline tuning isn't necessarily the best thing to do to these behemoths, because the DPF can get clogged quicker due to more regens?? And the best thing to do is hit a pot hole? If someone can confirm or deny my theory, it would be much appreciated.

What is the downside of leaving the cat behind the turbo and just doing a 5” from the down pipe unplugging the egr and a tune? Will the cat clog?

In the process of this in my 19 right now. Reading some instructions off the interwebs there are two coolant lines running to the urea injection point to the lower radiator hose.... and i cannot for the life of me track down the lines the radiator hose.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

This is awesome…. My L5P is strictly a 5th wheel hauler. I go camping and fishing and I haul my trailer full of water almost 200 miles into the mountains. Hardly even notice the extra weight. What will this delete and the new parts help, hurt or no differences be? And where can I find someone to do this for me? Thanks

It has to be done. Allison transmission is a learning transmission and it has to relearn all the shit points. At first it shifts like a rock.

Around 7k for the full delete. And if your going to get all the Bells and whistles from wehrli fab with powder coat, and tuning, your looking at about 11k

His cp4 probably took a shit. Good luck having money left over after replacing the entire fuel system.
my l5p 3500 i got it straight pipe but it doesnt sound loud sounds the same but mine doesnt have that 3.5 downpipe and the cat removed from the back of the turbo could that be it
just got delete tune and straight pipe

Just google “topside creeper” you can usually get em for $200. They are worth their weight if you spending time in the engine bay.

I exchanged my ecm for 650
MVPI 2 with 8 credits for 700
Delete kit 300
Tunes 800
Thats 2.5k, that's about as cheap as you could possibly tune it for, Then you need exhaust which is another 500-1000 easy, That's also without trans tuning, And that's deleting it myself.
