Zassed Henrik has Daniel and Daniel has Henrik. Thornton has had more success while working with the likes of Michalek, Cheechoo, who he made a maurice richard winner, Hertl and Melker Karlsson.

Nicklas Backstrom is so underrated its sickening. Backstrom blows Kopitar out. But some how Kopitar gets a 92 overall. Backstrom was 6th overall for points last year, and 1st for assists, and has still yet to appear in an all-star game. One of the best players in the league and gets no credit.

I thought that his final's performance would hurt his overall but I guess not.

I'm a die hard islander fan and Tavares is my favorite player and i was surprised he wasn't higher at first until I took a look over the list again. A lot of the players in this list that aren't two way forwards seem to be higher ranked. In terms of scoring i think JT has Getzlaf beat but Getzlaf is an all around better player. He is bigger, he fights, plays defense and seems to produce in the playoffs. It kind of stinks that if you're an offensive tank you're automatically placed higher than someone who plays defense. Not hating on Crosby(for once) or anyone it just seems the NHL franchise wants more goals scored in not only the real NHL but in the video game as well. Either way looking forward to a great season so each player can prove if he deserves his rating or not.

I'm not even being biased, but Bergeron should definitely be on the center top 10. He can do it all: Faceoffs, Scorer, Playmaker, Defensive forward, team leader (even though he is an alternate) Not to mention he won Selkes, Olympic Gold and 2011 Stanley Cup. He can do it all!

I don't think Malkin should be that low. Him, Crosby and Ovi are the best players in the league. Also, Toews might have the offensive edge over Bergy, but Bergy dominates defensively and head-to-head when you look at his top 50 opponents. I think Toews is a bit overrated here. 92 would be more apt. Stammer is good, but I think some of his flaws were visible this year too, granted, that may be in part due to having just recovered from a big injury. Malkin higher, Toews and Stammer lower imo.
I'm a little disappointed that Giroux got dumped out of the top ten. At one point in the season I'm pretty sure Voracek and Giroux were both in the top three in the league for points. Voracek and Giroux both landed in the top ten for assists at the end of the year, and Voracek finished the season at number five in the league for points. From what I've heard, Giroux is going to be a 90 OVR in NHL 16, which puts him just behind number ten. Oh well, we still got the Wayne Train. I'm happy, I just want to be able to watch my boys again!

Tavares is better than getzlaf because tavares has the individual talent. Getzlaf has perry and tavares has Okposo. But Okposo was out for almost half the season and Tavares still finished second for the Art Ross
Many players like the Sedins and others are more than likely 90-86 overall, the lowest rated overall skater, sorry goalies, is an 88 overall Patrick Sharp, so this means that players like the Sedins, are just rated lower then the highest rated players, they could be 90-88 overall for all we know, the top 100 NHL 16 Players will prove me either right or wrong as they have done 50% of the list so the other 50 could show where the Sedins and others lie.
So many players should be rated above datsyuk. He's a great player obviously, but he's old now, not the same player, can't even stay healthy. Giroux should be in the top 5 of that list no question, he's got the most points in the NHL over the past 3 seasons how can that go unnoticed??
Toews > Crosby. Scorings not everything, Toews does it all and has it all. He'll go out and save a goal then go down the ice and score or set up a goal. He is also by far the best leader in the NHL.
+GOHABSGO 31 defence isn't everything. crosby is the best offensive player in the nhl and is actually pretty good defensively. toews isnt the best defensively and is okay at offence. Also toews has a much better team.
Giroux should DEFINITELY be a 92-93 overall. I think they keep under rating him, but he keeps getting better. Voracek should a 91 overall easily. I think they failed rating the flyers.
If we're just being honest, malkin, crosby, and toews are the best centers in the league and everybody else is just great but not amazing like those three. Malkin is actually the best in my opinion but the injuries always end up hurting him.
Why are Dastyuk and Zetterberg so highly rated... Both should be 90-91 IMO, I just don't see what makes them so much better than guys like Giroux and Backstrom anymore.

Last few seasons 30+ goals, best +/- in the nhl despite his low-scoring team (though he did have price in nets) great defensively (5 or 6 shg last season) but most of all, he is producing these goals without a damn centerman! Put him with crosby, backstrom or john tavares he could score 40+ if not 50. 90 for me
Pacioretty should be a 90 easily, he's a beast in every aspect of the game.

I would give Ovechkin a 94/95, Backstrom a 91/92, Giroux a 91/92, Sedin twins 89/90 but pretty good ratings for the most part.
first I feel like pacioretty should of been ahead of Parise but i'm a habs fan so my opinion is a little biased. More important, I feel like ovi should have the second highest overall

I agree with there being no Daniel or Henrik on this list, they aren't the players of 3 years ago. Top 20 worthy still, of course. But not to 10, 87~89 overall I'd say.
The only snubs from this list that I didn't like were as follows:
No Letang. No Kronwall. No Backstrom. No Bishop. And how McDonough was only a 90. I'd have him at around 93~ Just because his offense stats lack compared to P.K. or Kar :/

Tavares is better than getzlaf because tavares has the individual talent. Getzlaf has perry and tavares has Okposo. But Okposo was out for almost half the season and Tavares still finished second for the Art Ross

Many players like the Sedins and others are more than likely 90-86 overall, the lowest rated overall skater, sorry goalies, is an 88 overall Patrick Sharp, so this means that players like the Sedins, are just rated lower then the highest rated players, they could be 90-88 overall for all we know, the top 100 NHL 16 Players will prove me either right or wrong as they have done 50% of the list so the other 50 could show where the Sedins and others lie.

Matt Duchene left out as a center. He's pretty good
Toews > Crosby. Scorings not everything, Toews does it all and has it all. He'll go out and save a goal then go down the ice and score or set up a goal. He is also by far the best leader in the NHL.
+GOHABSGO 31 defence isn't everything. crosby is the best offensive player in the nhl and is actually pretty good defensively. toews isnt the best defensively and is okay at offence. Also toews has a much better team.

Giroux should DEFINITELY be a 92-93 overall. I think they keep under rating him, but he keeps getting better. Voracek should a 91 overall easily. I think they failed rating the flyers.

If we're just being honest, malkin, crosby, and toews are the best centers in the league and everybody else is just great but not amazing like those three. Malkin is actually the best in my opinion but the injuries always end up hurting him.
Why are Dastyuk and Zetterberg so highly rated... Both should be 90-91 IMO, I just don't see what makes them so much better than guys like Giroux and Backstrom anymore.
