Was there really any good reason to rerecord this for a THIRD TIME? It sounds great don’t get me wrong, but I was completely fine with the original EP and album versions. I think everyone was. I just don’t see a solid reason for it, should’ve just been working on new music

I hate how much I agree with your comment. They released 3 different versions of ALL SIX of these songs in a 8 year span, which is just absurd to me. At least all versions of these songs have a different vocalist but still that’s not enough to justify it. They really should’ve just did new music
I still support what you guys are doing but this sounds really lifeless and sterile, almost boring to me, compared to the recordings before dishonor. Maybe your next album will be a more rough mix and the new singer could vary his singing a bit. Just my opinion. Shanty towns hooker was a lot more dynamic and awesome on this ep! \m/
I agree, it’s pretty underwhelming. I don’t even know why they did this in the first place, like what is the point? All these songs are already re-recorded on WMBH. They just had to do these songs a third time all within 8 years for some reason..
I think it's okay/unnecessary, but not "awful". I do agree tho that the original EP from 2011 is much better. Those original songs have a super special DIY/bedroom style caught within the merging of slamming brutal death with German hardcore influences, but all that charm on the original is missing from this remake. instead they turned all six of these songs into a sappy deathcore kid's wet dream :,(
