Three Weeks Later My Greenhouse - Romaine lettuce, onion, & wild sesame

After three weeks three different plants, romaine lettuce, onion, & wild sesame, are up. It was still cold in the second week so I didn't see any progress then. I hope there is no more frost.
I bought a tiny watering can too to water gently, not to break sioil blocks.🧐
