Hoodview Campground has 45 single-family campsites and is on the southeastern shore of Timothy Lake, with spectacular views of the surround forest and Mt. Hood. Campsites 10, 11, 12, 38, 39 and 40 are “walk-to”.
Campground amenities include drinking water and vault toilets. Firewood is also available for sale from the camp host. There’s also an amphitheater and boat ramp here. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grate.

Is no one at this campground? I keep reading about how it’s almost impossible to get a campsite anywhere this year.

Unfortunately, you're right about it being very difficult to get a campsite this year. We just photographed the campground this May - just before it opened.
