I say if the athlete is more comfortable is the full suit then who are we to tell them what to wear. Personally, I quit dance and never tried gymnastics even though I really wanted to, because off the leos. I was so afraid of my but cheek popping out that I couldn’t focus of the dancing. That anxiety was enough to take any fun out of the experience. I couldn’t even fathom trying to do gymnastics in a Leo. If I saw people competing in a full suit like this when I was little, knowing it was an option I would have felt like I could participate.
When has wearing something that makes you feel comfortable became woke? This German gymnast was fed up being sexualized on social media in a leotard so she's wearing a unitard, the whole German team does.
