YW I love that fact. 👍 People complain about it when it's weak, and understandably - esp when it's under powered, and they advertise higher vel. ...But I see it as giving loaders/buyers options. And in this case, should give company like AAC a good opportunity to do what they did with their XTP and make some people happy. 10mm really gets ragged on when it's not full throttle, but it's not uncommon to see big gap with other calibers
@@Disastrous.Affect I had actually typed a blurb about the HST, specifically...but didn't want to offend anyone. haha! Same thing goes for Federal's 200 gr Swift A-Frame round...pretty slow round to be putting such an expensive bullet into, but as long as it works, I guess? It would be good to confirm if results do get affected when clothing is considered. I believe I've seen tests with HST still working w/heavy-clothing. I might have to do the A-Frame, myself.
@@Disastrous.Affect tried to find, but zilch...unless he made it non-findable with his bait-titles? Usually his vids do come up though, when I search for something. Probably more than anyone else, too.
Seems you are much better with a pistol than with a rifle. Which is usually the opposite for most people. I have a S&W M&P 9 and don't think I've ever shot that good with it.
You don't know what you are talking about...You are revealing that more & more with each comment. 25 yards off of that table is not the same as 21 feet off of the table.
@@ShastaBean No sir. You are showing your ignorance about firearms. Pistols are more difficult to control than long guns because of the short barrel and sight radius. That being said 21ft (7yds) for a pistol with a 4"-6" sight radius is comparable in difficulty to 25-50 yards for a long gun with a sight radius of 18"-20". This always holds true whether you are shooting off bench or off hand with either one. I would suggest that stop embarrassing yourself or I will have to continue your education in the use of firearms.
@@vinnyb.6524 It's pretty clear you just burp out what you to believe to be factoids and you saw on a video or in comments, and pretend they hold true in every single situation, regardless of what reality might demonstrate. Go shoot with an AR rested at just one point and put the butt stock into your shoulder and try seeing what groups you can shoot with factory FMJ 55 gr ammo and a 6x magnified 1 MOA red dot. Then try a pistol from a rest and see what happens. Have you ever even shot any gun? Ever?
It always amazes me at the vast differences in 10 mm, Thanks for sharing.👍

@@ShastaBean Very true, Federal HST does not meet the advertised velocity out of my XDmE 10 mm, but they do still perform, and I do carry them.🤷♂

Nice velocity on the AAC hollow point. I wonder how it works in gel?
