Kid's science - PC fan torture - will it smoke from 30V??

Again a small science project with the kids. We wanted to figure out if a PC fan burns out from 30 V.
Once we were there we did another experiment to see a voltage - airflow curve of the fan using 5V-18V range and a plastic bag.
Doing science projects with your Kids can be great fun, you bring them a bit closer tho physics and measurement techniques. You can be really creative here, these videos can maybe insipre you how to approach this topic. Whatever you do, just have fun!
As you can see in the video, they wanted to add 5000 V to the fan :)
Overall conclusion is that the fan had a pretty good resilience to voltage, it could handle overvoltage without any issue, thoug performance did not meaningfully increase above 12 V, and this is no surprise, but proper design.
