Replacing bushings and pins on my Takeuchi TL12 CTL

    Wow those pins had to be pretty bent for that cylinder not to be able to pull it through. Also grease seals go in backwards to normal seals. The rubber should be facing out.

      The pins were seized in the quick attach plate that’s why they were so difficult to get out. There is a portion of the pin that doesn’t get greased, kind of a poor design. I put some antiseize on the new ones when I reinstalled, hopefully that will help if I ever need to remove them again.

    please get a Bluetooth mic so your a constant sound level when you talk even when away from camera.

    That quick hitch is not made for that machine. Thats why you're having such an issue.
    And if it is, thats an extremely poor design by not having the arms of the machine go between the pin ears.

      It is the original quick hitch from the machine. The pins have 4000hrs on them. The part of the pin that goes into the quick hitch doesn’t get greased so it ends up getting seized in the quick hitch which I agree is a poor design. I added some antiseize to the new ones maybe that will help next time I have to remove them.
