- The deals are so good at this off-strip LV casino and we had to try their prime rib deal - a local favorite and highly recommended. We also selected a couple of appetizers: the empanadas and buffalo hot wings - both were tasty and a great snack. After filming this, we learned that if you sign up for the Poker Palace players card, you'll get a free dinner every month!
We love to travel and explore food. Come along with us as we visit new destinations and sample local and regional corporate restaurants.
We're always checking out new locations around the country, so please suggest places to eat. We would love to hear from you.

Paul you’re my kind of beer drinker. I never leave a mouth full when I can have a glass full.

😍 that made our day!
Thank you!
😊😊😊 I go to Jerry's Nugget just down the street but I will try the prime rib it looked as good as the $19.99 versions around town. Thanks for your great reviews.😊😊😊
Thanks again as usual guys!!! I actually without thinking waved my fist when you liked the empanadas... Cant wait to try as with all your other recommendations.
We were so happy we tried them! I hope you enjoy them as well 😊
Those wings looked great
Very pleasant video thanks oh love the Freddie Jackson music in the back ground
Glad you enjoyed it
Thanks for vlogging and taking it seriously
Always!
Wow, great deal on the prime rib. It looked like very good quality too.
It was!
Great point Amy- food on sale doesn't mean it has to taste like crap!!
💯
Shoutout to Jeff Sokol and Planet Pizza !!! 😂😂😂😂❤️
Gotta love the Disney swag
I was worried about that prime rib being overcooked until you cut it open, it looked good, and especially good for the price.
Whooooooooooooaaaa delish!!!
I remember the Poker Palace had all home made food and a different special every night. I think they also had an all you can eat spaghetti special on a weeknight. Super reasonable. Do they still have that little window that sells sandwiches and burgers? That used to be dirt cheap back in the day. Definitely a great value.
We didn't see the windows but might have missed it walking through
Thank you for sharing your memories!!
At first sight thought the prime rib was way overcooked. First time I have seen prime rib prepared that way. After you cut into it turned out just right.
It's like they slapped it on the grill for a bit. Tasted great!
What, no all you can drink beer? I thought your standards were higher than that. LOL
Really, another great video. Semper Fi brother
We're resting our livers
That looks like a decent piece of meat! Especially for the price. Perfectly cooked for my taste.
It was!
Despite the location, we're loving this restaurant
That prime rib looks way bigger than we have had on specials at other places. And the empanadas looked so good too!
Most of the time we visit my daughter and I will split an appetizer and an entree. Neither one of us can eat a full plate, and unless you stay downtown, you don’t usually have a fridge in your room for leftovers.
How far is it from the strip, or downtown? We usually Uber around or take the monorail.
It's probably a 10 minute drive north from downtown
fried egg roll wrapper empanadas.
Hmmm
One 10 one 14
🤷♂️🤷♀️
That Prime Rib just looked sad. But if it tastes good that’s what matters.
This place isn't fancy but has great food
@@bestfoodreviewroadtrip7612 oh don’t get me wrong for the price I’m all in, but I would order it non seared.
Thought toni Romas was cheapest
It's a better deal here because it tastes better
The big lady is always so negative and she’s lying I only eat the inner part of the prime rib lol
😆
That was sirlion passed off as prime rib... No end cap no fat. Still a tasty meal but not prime rib
Interesting. We'll watch for that.
