- We saved a lot of $$$ arriving at the Peppermill in Las Vegas during Happy Hour - offered daily between 3-6 pm.
We tried the quesadilla, the sliders, and the hot wings, all priced at a huge discount compared to items on their regular menu. Plus, there is a limited list of cocktails and beer options at cheap prices. We love this classic LV vintage restaurant on the Strip.

My husband and I have been going to Peppermill since the early 1980s. Their portions are over the top and breakfast? Top Yummy. Try and go then, you'll love it.

The Peppermill is one of our go to places in Vegas. I celebrated my birthday there with family & friends. The regular meal portions are huge!

As I've mentioned to you before I used to live in LVNV and we would go on occasion to eat. Bring you appetites! The pancakes are HUGE. And my kids always love the red, white and blue sugar.

This is one of these places I've always wanted to go to but never made the effort to go. I was just in Vegas a few weeks ago and alas, we never made it. I love the Peppermill in Reno and will make a point to check out their Vegas location the next time we go (and we may end up moving to Vegas since we love it there so much)!

The Peppermill, in Sunnyvale, was a jumping place, especially on the weekend nights.
I worked for the Mercury News, and when I serviced the rack on Saturday mornings, the place was still packed at closing.
Western Village, in Sparks, is a Peppermill property. They had the traditional decor for years, on my last visit in October 2022, they've remodeled the cafe.
I've never had a bad meal at any Peppermill.

Yes, I was there in April of 2001. I remember having breakfast there. I was staffing a trade show for a telecommunications company right before the telecom bubble burst.
People seem to love the breakfast!

Also, on the weekends it can get crazy busy. Don't discount the back bar area. Walk in and take a left. It is a bit odd sitting in a swanky bar area and eating some egg but rarely a wait in that back area!!!! And I'm sure the bartender LOVES people heading back = more tips for them!!

It looks like the food was a decent deal, but the alcohol is not really a deal unless you compare it main strip casino bar prices.
Mules are served in a copper mug because copper is a great heat conductor, so it absorbs the cold from the drink and keep it colder and slow down the melting of the ice. Make sure it is lined copper mug which Amy's mug was. Unlined copper mugs leaches with the acidity of the drink, making it a health hazard.
A Moscow Mule is always Vodka. If it is Rum, it becomes a Jamaican Mule.

Why does a Moscow Mule have to be in a copper cup?

I went to the peppermill around 25 years ago at 3 am and I tried to go in the back which I thought may have been a strip club(not sure about that)
but I wasn't allowed in because I wouldn't remove my hat. and the restaurant looks pretty much the same then as in your video.good vlog
